Terms of payment & cancellation:

Payment will be made in advance by transfer   to TOPS SECURITY LIMITED  ICICI Account No.0011 0500 3740 Mumbai-India or by Cash at TOPSGRUP COMMAND HEADQUARTERS, Goregaon (E),Mumbai-65  

In case of payment by credit card, please add 5%.

In this case the client agrees,he will not reverse the charges during the flight nor after the transportation is completed.

Cancellation of a flight by the client  more than 24 hours prior to flight departure time will be charged 70% of the inclusive given quote.

Cancellation of a flight by the client  less than 24 hours prior to flight departure time will be charged 100% of the inclusive given quote.

General terms:

This offer constitutes a description of the price and terms of this agreement only and annuls any previous offer or agreement.

This offer is not binding the carrier in regard to the execution of the flight on the aforementioned dates until the receipt of a firm order. A firm order will become binding only after it is authorized by the relevant official authorities in India and abroad. 

This offer is subject to changes such as the imposition of security levies, and/or any other levies, by governmental or other official authorities.

Tops Air Rescue shall not bear any liability for the non-fulfillment of the agreement due to circumstances beyond its control such as weather conditions, inter- State passage / landing permits, strikes which could prevent the execution of the flight, any sudden and unforeseen fault or damage to the aircraft, postponed take-off due to heavy aviation traffic (slot). 

Such terms, conditions and exceptions may be reviewed at the offices of the carrier. 

This agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Indian law.

The contracting parties agree that the courts of  Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear all disputes arising out of, or in connection with, this agreement
